E. Evidence for the Petition

1. Receipt of lesser nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards for excellence in
   the field of endeavor

Submit all Nationally recognized or internationally recognized awards.

F. Membership in associations in the field for which classification is sought that require outstanding achievement of their members, as judged by recognized national or international experts in their disciplines or field

1. Submit all Professional Membership certificates and Bylaws. Fellowship is encouraged.

G. Published material about the person in professional or major trade publications or other major media relating to the person’s work in the field for which classification is sought. Such evidence must include the title, date, and author of the material, and any necessary translation

1. Submit links and a very clean PDF copy of your media mention. This should have a title, journalist full names and date of Publication.

H. The person’s participation, either individually or on a panel, as a judge of the work of others in the same or an allied field of specification for which classification is sought

1. Submit all evidence that you have judged the works of others e.g. peer review invitation emails and actual proof you completed the reviews. Another example is participating in the judging panel to awarding a PhD dissertation.

I. The person’s original scientific, scholarly, artistic, athletic, or business-related contributions of major significance in the field.

1. Example: Patents, copyrights, trademarks etc. This include any original contributions you have done in your field of expertise.

J. The person’s authorship of scholarly articles in the field, in professional or major trade publications or other major media.

1. PDFs of all your publications. Provide a link to the publications also.

k. The person has performed in a leading or critical role for organizations or establishments that have a distinguished reputation

1. Recommendation letters (Recommendation section)

Evidences you have played a leading or critical role in organizations including job offers and other substantial proofs you have performed critical functions in your organization.

L. The person has commanded a high salary, or other significantly high remuneration for services, in relation to others in the field

1. Job offer letters, contracts, W-2, Tax returns, pay stubs etc.

M. Display of the person’s work in the field at artistic exhibitions or showcases

1. E.g. works of art, objects of manufacture, or athletic skill

N. Commercial successes in the performing arts, as shown by box office receipts or record, cassette, compact disk, or video sales

1. E.g. Recorded and released musical compilations or performed in theatrical, motion picture, or television productions. Your evidence must show that the volume of sales and box office receipts reflect your commercial success relative to others involved in similar pursuits in the performing arts.
